Every December for the past five years I've created an annual publicity plan to help people look ahead and map out their ideas for acquiring publicity throughout the year. I give it away as an educational tool – it’s a cool tool and one of my clients’ favorite free downloads.
This unique publicity planner provides a month-at-a-glance roadmap to holidays throughout the year and identifies the lead time for each holiday. You won’t miss a date or an opportunity as each page of this 12…

It’s been another busy week. We finished the final edits on Patchwork Path: Grandma’s Choice and the book is now in the hands of our favorite printer. If you’re looking for a friendly, well-priced book printer who also produces a quality product, contact Peter Coleman at PrintMedia (peter@printmedia.com).
We’re also in the final stages of compilation, design, and proofing for Presenters & Programs. This catalog of speakers has been a fun stretch for me, but the book is turning…

Hello, fellow authors,
We are a unique society, sharing ideas and understanding the emotions of being a writer in a competitive marketplace. Only an author knows the feelings of rejection, and the immense jubilation we feel when readers compliment us on our work......We are in the business of extremes! I am sure most of you would agree, we do it because we love it, and we couldn't imagine life without writing.
As we are nearing the end of 2008, I would like to take this…

A friend asked several years ago, after commenting on a celebrity autobiography she'd been reading, if I would be willing to write my own life story. Having devoted my adult life to the study of Japanese art, spending most of my time with my nose in a book or hovering above a Japanese print, I considered it unlikely that my existence would be eventful enough to warrant lengthy disclosure to the entire world, and responded 'I should be so lucky, who'd read it?'
Less than six months…

Mr. Wallace promoted service to others as a means of getting what you desire; in other words, to succeed…
