Christmas is a few days away and, I wanted to take the time out to wish you an early " Merry Christmas" and a Happy, Prosperous, Blessed and Safe New Year, and many, many more to come. Christmas is not just about the giving of gifts only, it's is about the sharing of love and compassion. The material things will last only for a short time but, the gift of the heart will last for a life time. Will you be naughty, or will you be nice.

The salvation tract: “God Became A Man” was published in 1998. Which was taken from the book “Evangelism Counseling-How to Counsel People About Salvation” by S. E. Gregg. It was designed into a 12-page booklet and S. E. Gregg was inspired by God to create the illustration for the front cover that would reflect the title of the tract. “God Became A Man” has been sold in bookstores for many years and can also be purchased online.

While watching the Global Warming Snow fall this morning; I was thinking about what we could be doing with this climate change defying snow that would help save our fragile planet. I offer two suggestion below and I’d like you to add some ideas. Let’s see what politically correct ideas we can come up with while we huddle inside, safe from the snow and eat our bread, eggs and milk that we bought last night. And don’t forget to be grateful for toilet paper. – John Bieber…

Life's journey offers friendship, love, grief, patience, anger, wisdom, hatred, jealousy, greed, lust, success, failure, pride, lack of self esteem, deceit, and the list goes on and on.
Some people are born blind and display no anger or hatred. Instead they have high self esteem, the ability to play instruments, be great singers, politicians or whatever they set their hearts to do. How are they able to do this? Were there parents truly gifted at instilling self-esteem or has God equipped…

By Gary Kliewer, on December 18th, 2009
Authors—especially those writing in support of a cause or as part of a business—recognize that publishing a blog keeps the interest high and grows the audience. Fortunately, if you’ve written an entire book, you already have a ton of material to draw upon for those blog posts, just by adding new examples, catching a news peg, or exploring new angles. Yet, no way around it, maintaining a blog is a significant amount of work and a long-haul…

We can teach others how to treat us, but others also reflect to us how we treat ourselves (self-value), which is often a more subtle dynamic. Do you see how this creates a loop?
Let’s bypass childhood and more extreme scenarios, as both of those are different conversations. Let’s consider you’re an adult living a non-extreme life. We want to look at the “in general” aspect for our purposes.
If you’ve ever thought about what “We teach people how to treat us” means, you may…

I'm delighted to be able to add not one but TWO wonderful 5 star reviews received on Amazon and Barnes & Noble by Tilly's Tale. I'm so pleased that the book seems to be doing exactly what it was intended to in terms of reaching out to educate and inform people about the plight of abused and neglected dogs, and about the great work of those who work so hard to rescue and re-home them. As for Tilly, she's so happy her 'wagometer' has gone off the scale and her tail muscles must be…
