I’m a solopreneur who enjoys what I do; so I was amazed when I woke one morning not wanting to do any of it! I had to assess what had happened and flip it.
It started the prior week, and proved to be a needed reminder of what I’d discovered about to-do vs. inspired-to-do, and temporarily forgot.
I had my usual projects and tasks to attend to, as well as new ones. Added to this were concerns about several people I love. It was easy to become involved emotionally…

All of us have lived through dramatic times of ecstasy and pain. For the sensitive and sensate person, memories of these events are etched in the psyche and have molded us into who we are. A memoir is a way to touch at the heart of those feelings and allow them to be shared with others.
A memoir is different from an autobiography because it takes a “snapshot” of certain events in a person's life. A memoir tends to read more like a…

Have you been waiting for your spouse to come to knowledge of Jesus that will transform his life? Sometimes that personal revelation takes awhile... Read about Thomas in the Bible (John 20:19-29). I firmly believe in divine appointments. Thomas wasn't in the room when Jesus met with the disciples on the same evening He arose from the grave. Do you ever wonder why Thomas wasn't present with them?
Remember, this was the same Thomas that…

Have you ever thought about how the way we’re taught to measure worth and self-worth is similar to how we got tests graded in school? There is an interesting parallel.
Novice writers, especially, may appreciate this article; though, this is something many people experience no matter how experienced they are.
You can read “How do You Grade Your Worth and Self-Worth?”

Did you get the answer to this question immediately? Horace said, “Life is largely a matter of expectations.” Expectations have a lot to do with the one thing you can control.
There is one thing in life you have absolute control over: Your attitude.
An excellent quote to remember is, “Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional” (Bruce Schneider, Founder/Director of iPEC). A fact of life is that pain visits all of us at one time or another. What we choose to do with it…

Infinite abundance is our modern-day sought-after Holy Grail. But, if you seek it, it’s because you don’t know where to look.
Let’s cut to the chase with a parallel. If you want to listen to, say, soft rock on the radio, you turn on the radio, tune to a station that plays soft rock, and—voila!—you’ve made the desired connection. However, I ask that you shift focus from the outcome to the process.
Did you create a detailed plan and strategies to follow step-by-step to tune…

Okay, so I am working on this new process of joining forces with other authors. We can interview each other on Twitter. Today, at around 11:00A Pacific time at
http://twitter.com/qlcoach, I'll be interviewing one of our BNM members, Eliza Earsman.
If you want to try this process, try to write out a script that you can copy and paste as a Tweet. Of course you can improvise responses too. Here is an example of the script I will be…

On the first morning of our vacation to Yachats around 6:45 A.M., I am still drowsy while I curl over in bed taking dim note of our surroundings. Our bedroom faces East with a wall to wall picture window protected by a panel of hanging canvas-like shades.
The rising sun is streaming through those vertical panels, illuminating a picture of Martha's Vineyards on the opposite wall, and an adjacent beach painting called "By the…

I once visited Mexico and took a day excursion to a remote rock island where we were to swim through a cave into the inner part of the island to sit on a white sandy beach and eat lunch. As I began to swim through the channel, I realized that the current was not helping me at all. I quickly lost all strength as every muscle in my body became fatigued. I swam and swam and swam and seemed to get nowhere. Literally just before I was losing all ability to keep my face above water, a guide quickly…

Did you know that within desire is the key to finding out WHO you are, what you are here to accomplish, and what it is that is your unique purpose? Did you know that within the word ‘desire’ itself are the keys to your genetic birthright and the key to DNA transformation? Did you know that for every desire you have that is not manifested quickly, there is an equal and opposing fear blocking the desire, and that all you have to do is get conscious of it through a specific modality, align with…

The ego has convinced 99.999% of those who have lived on the planet of two things:
1. I AM NOT ENOUGH
2. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH
And from these two have all the horror, suffering and pain on our planet occurred. I am not enough has turned into for those with more powerful personalities an ‘overcompensation for a feared lack of’ only to fail miserably to bring any peace, freedom and fulfillment in the attainment of things and credentials. It has for those with more sensitive…

The Biggest Case Scenario to the continuation of “The Lives of Abused and Battered Women”
Men have gotten by with abusing women for centuries. When the first man got by with it I feel that it gave the other men the nerve to abuse their women also. If the men had been judged, or condemned for their actions this would never have lasted this long. At the first sign of abuse, if we women would have stood up for our rights, or did…

I cringe when someone says they are seeking ‘financial security’ because I know they are coming from an ego illusion! Security doesn’t come from how much money we have or don’t have. Security doesn’t come from having what we think we have to have…before we can be happy or ‘secure.’ Security doesn’t come from the acceptance and approval of any other human being in this world. Security doesn’t come from obtaining a long list of goals. There is only one security in this world and we are only…
