“Know the true value of time; snatch, seize, and enjoy every moment of it. No idleness, no laziness, no procrastination: never put off till to-morrow what you can do to-day.” Lord Chesterfield

Every September I examine and decide what my goals are for the coming year. I find that I am a person who procrastinates when it comes to setting my goals. Once I set my them I go for it and do not stop until they have been achieved. Some of us may procrastinate because of the fear of success. We can procrastinate because we are afraid of the success that we will know if we move ahead now. Success is scary. It carries a responsibility with it. Isn’t it easier to procrastinate and live on the "someday I will…" or the “to-morrow” philosophy.

I was going to write a really witty, detailed comment about this article, but I think I will leave it until tomorrow.
