Author Maryann B. Sawka on BTR’s World of Ink Network show: Stories for Children –January 16, 2012

Blog Talk Radio’s World of Ink Network Show: Stories for Children with host VS Grenier and co-producers Kris Quinn Christopherson and Irene Roth will be chatting with debut author Maryann B. Sawka about her nonfiction picture book Good Table Manners Made Easy, which was born from her etiquette workshops and curriculum, a collection of tips for diners of all ages.

Good Table Manners Made Easy is a quick, easy-to-read resource that teaches basic table manners in a delightful fun way. It also serves as a quick refresher for the table manners that we may have forgotten.

The etiquette workshops Sawka presents have primarily focused on children, which did indeed lead her to write for children. Good Table Manners Made Easy has wonderful information for diners of all ages though, and the illustrations and easy-to-understand cadence captures children.

About the author: Maryann B. Sawka is an educator and parent, who has always embraced the notion that good manners are stylish and timely in every situation.
