Hello John!
Thanks for inviting me to be your friend, and I'd be honored. Incidentally, yours is the first "social network" I've joined - kudos to Terry Whalin for advertising in one of his emails! Since I am at this point still writing my first book, the business end of it all is a little overwhelming. I'm beginning to understand why first time authors usually take longest on their first book! LOL! In my father's musical words of wisdom - "poco a poco."
Kind regards,
Deborah
Hi John,
Thanks for inviting me to be your friend. You may remember me. At Fred Gleek's home earlier this year, I'm the one that said I read your book cover to cover. Well now, my new assignment is to do one thing that your book says each day to promote my new book. It is working very well. Thank you.
Judi
John,
I have sooo much to learn and am quite excited to have discovered this site. So many people here with so much to add. Thanks for spending your time doing this.

I'm not sure what to say about the ins and outs of social networking. The key is to find people you like or who interest you on this network and then invite them to do more with you. Talk. Promote together. Share ideas. Network. To find interesting people, scan through the people on the network, especially the new people as they come on. Also read the blogs. That's a great way to see what people are doing. Blog yourself.
Thanks for inviting me John!
You look a lot like Ben Mack. I read one of his books once. Quite a trip that guy.
I just got put on to this network so I'll be investigating more as time goes by.
Take care,
Ken

Hi John,
I am new to this type of social networking. I think it is great that you created it. Can you explain the ins and outs to me briefly? Thanks so much!
Please note that this is your network. Use it. Get to know the others in the network. I started it up, but that's all I did. Plus invited a few people to begin. But it is your network.
Wonderful thing you have done here, John. Appreciate the friend request. I'm thankful to Terry Whalin for inviting me in! Looking forward to learning a lot as I seek to promote Secure the Fort (And Remain Under God), A Military Mother's Message to America! (Xlibris July 2007)

Thanks for the invite, John, and I'm glad to see this way of networking. I wonder if you have a tutorial on how to use this site for fun and profit. I look forward to sharing my time and talent with those who need solutions to their publishing challenges.

Hello John. Thanks for asking me to be part of your network. I look forward to getting to know you better and learning much from you! This is a great site, and I'm so glad a friend referred it!
Thanks, folks, for all the messages. Appreciate the support. Enjoy the network.
Re: Printers: If you are looking for a POD printer with no other need for support, try Lightning Source, the POD printing arm connected with Ingram, the major book wholesaler. If you need more hand-holding, then try Infinity Publishing, iUniverse, or related companies.
Thanks John for your help and your networking. I wanted to give a kudo for the feedback you gave me on my book cover. You immediately picked up on something in seconds that MANY other people had missed in several reviews. I am in your New York Best Seller Group and getting many ideas and putting them into action. I may not make it to the New York Best Seller List this time but I am getting good practice for the next book. I am looking to align with partners that would like to launch an Amazon best seller program.
Again a big thanks to you John for your feedback and help.
