Hi, Nadia. Not sure, to be honest. I haven't really investigated its full potential or made use of it yet...Any suggestions?

Nadia, the e-zine is not in print . . . . . yet. One day at a time. It's only four months old. Who knows what will happen down the road?

Hi, Nadia! I have tons to do, too. Explore all options here, try to get all my book covers and synopses up, etc. I'll put up the review I wrote for your lovely book, too, soon! Today is my day to host the Gather Writing Essential - so I am reviewing tons of writing submissions, etc. But tomorrow's another day. ;o)

Thank you, Nadia, for inviting me to be a part of your friend's circle. As it is quite late here, or early depending on your perception (1:56 am) I will check out what you have more thoroughly later today.

Blessings from my spirit to your spirit!

Hello again. Yes, I've read several of the poems on your website. I find most to be melancholy. I've heard one can't really write until one knows pain. I would say you have known pain because you describe it so eloquently.

LOL! Yup, it's my little girl singing. She was in all the musicals in high school, and loved singing so much she decided to major in it. I'm prejudiced, but I love her voice. ;o) She is my "middle" child. Her elder sister, Jenn, is 24. Melanie and her twin (seven minutes younger) are 22. ;o)

Hi Nadia!

Thanks for your friendship. It's great to meet other writers. I'm always impressed with authors who've won awards. That prize always seems to escape me! ; ) Congrats and continued good luck with your books!

Thank you for the invitation. Yes, I've been here awhile. I've even recommended it in my newsletter. John's done a great job with it.

Best,

Hello Nadia, So nice to hear from you. In my zine, The Infinite Writer, we have a Poets' Blog. Susan Haley, my Sarasota friend is the coordinator and we are looking for poets to submit "good" poetry. Please look us over and if you decide to submit, use Susan's link on the home page as she handles this aspect of the zine. http://mysite.verizon.net/resockeb/e-zine.
I've been approached by the publisher of The PepperTree Press and PepperTree Magazine to be involved with our zine. Quite a feather in my cap. We're new, but we're growing. I hope to see your name among the contributors.

Welcome.

Hi, Nadia! Thanks for checking out my trailer. Yes - that's really Melanie singing, from about two years ago when she was a sophomore at Eastman. Now she's starting her fifth year there (getting a double degree in voice and psychology,) and I'm trying to get her to make more recordings for me! And yes, that is my wife, Dale, when she was in her early twenties. It's on the Boston Commons, just before we went to a concert. I think it was either the Stones or Led Zeppelin!

Regarding book trailers - I started from scratch with Windows movie maker - which I didn't even know I had! I think it comes with all Windows operating systems. Anyway, I have to remember how to do it, because I want to start one for Tremolo, which is supposed to come out in the fall in print. But basically you upload music (I used Melanie's) and images (I used most of my own images) and add features to them to make them zoom in or out, flip, etc. It wasn't too hard to figure out, but it was very time intensive. I probably spent forty hours learning and making the trailer! If you start to play around with it and have questions, let me know. Be careful not to use copyrighted music or images, though, K?

It's a spring lily, also known as a surprise lily. They show up in the very earlly spring as only a large leafy plant. When the plant dies, about a month later, a large stalk shoots up out of the ground and blooms for about two weeks. If you cut it down then the stalk will shoot back up again around late July and blooms again for about two weeks.

Nadia, thanks for your explanation of your book's title. Makes a lot of sense...also that you wrote the book for your own soul's purpose as much as to help and hearten others.
