Writing children's books is a most rewarding experience. The joy that comes from knowing, that your story, put a smile on the face of a little one, is heartwarming. The tale being read to them, will impress them and teach them, while they listen to, or read the words, of a children's book. As an author, I feel blessed to be able to touch the lives of children, by the tales I write.

One of my favorite books as a child was Curious George. Most of the books that were introduced to me as a child were through school and from my parents. Now days, there are so any ofther ways to get the word out about your book for children: create targeted mailing lists, contact schools, libraries, bookstores, local churches, after school programs, summer reader programs, book mobiles, etc. My point is...when a a child is introduced to books... chances are they will remember many of them along with their very favorite. Books open a child's creative world and changes their lives! Thank the heaven's for those writng books for children!

Hi, I just completed a new book for kids aged between 4 and 12 years old. The title of the book is Princess Maya. I'm really wondering how to get it published. Any idea?

Hi,

I have a reading show for kids, Its Story Time on The World of Ink Network at Blog Talk Radio. We have a large audience and are Featured host at BTR right now. I'm looking for authors to come on the show and read their picture books.  Guide lines are at this link:  http://itsstorytimeforkids.blogspot

I was able to see all of it on YouTube, Noel. Very nice. I "liked" it and shared it on Twitter as well as my Facebook page. I wish you continued success.

Hi Noel. Your trailer is awesome, but it keeps stopping at 52 seconds on my computer. I will go over to YouTube to view it. Congratulations!

I write books for young adults with my focus on the middle-school child. Currently I'm working on a 5 part, science-fiction series, The Prince of Warwood.  The first book, The King's Key will be available at Amazon.com on kindle and paperback this month. Check out the trailer!

Truly enjoyed the video on Chester. I also ordered the eBook Trilogy. My %year old and I will enjoy reading them together. A dog similar to Chester visited my older daughter when she was hospitalized many years ago. It truly blessed her and me too. Thanks for sharing Barabara.

Rekaya, liked the video...her background of books is perfect.

Aileen, nice post.  And the "have fun" tip rings true!
