Something About Me and My Book:: I am a retiree who climbed Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro, at the age of 60 with my son. We decided to give something back to the kids of Tanzania so we raised money towards building a classroom and drilling a well. I was so moved by meeting the children that I committed to finishing both projects. In February 2011, my wife and I went back to Tanzania to see the finished projects. My book, "Kilimanjaro and Beyond - A Life-Changing Journey" documents my physical, mental and spiritual adventure.
