Special Edition of Leland's Aradia - and I'm in it!

The Witches Almanac has just printed an anniversary edition of Charles Godfrey Leland’s Aradia: Gospel of the Witches. It contains an introduction, written by Professor Robert Mathieson, and after the entire original text is presented, an appendix is included titled “Modern Perspectives on Aradia: Gospel of the Witches”. The Art of Stuckness

While I have never experienced stuckness in writing, more appropriately called writer’s block, I have to admit a great portion of my waking hours I am stuck on something; i.e., stuck in traffic, stuck waiting at the red light, stuck standing in line, stuck on hold on the phone, stuck staring at my computer screen, stuck waiting to get paid; or for someone to answer an email, or to get out of the dentist chair, or to get over a cold, or to get the car fixed, or for the… Continue

The Law of Sobriety: Attracting Positive Energy for a Powerful Recovery

The Law of Sobriety takes the principles of the Law of Attraction and puts them to work for the specific purpose of helping individuals recover from their addictions, whatever that addiction might be, including alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling, food, co-dependency, love or shopping. However, in order to understand the Law of Sobriety, you need to understand The Law of Attraction. Susan Alcorn does for the Bay area what I do for L. A. and surrounds on Examiner.com

We both love to hike and share our favorite outings with other outdoor enthusiasts.

She has written a great book-We’re in the Mountains and Not over the Hill- that you can purchase at her site www.backpack45.com. I was quite pleased to have a kindred spirit read my own book Lost Angel Walkabout. Even more pleased with her response to my…

When Pain Knocks You Down

My computer crashed last week. I suspect that few of you got this post. I don't mean to not post this week but want to send this one out once again. Thank you for understanding.  Micky

I lost my adult son 14 years ago. I lost him first to the drug culture while he was in high school. I lost him and his relationship to the family due to his manipulation and lying. He lost his own sanity as the drugs went from "recreational" to addiction. Once…

Review of Earth-The Arena Book 1- "The Players" by Robert Dennis Wilson

I was very impressed by the storyline of Book 1-The Players. The author did a fantastic job of creating characters that became very real and easy to relate to. I felt like I was right there living through every gripping moment of their lives.

Even though the novel is a work of fiction,I found lots of instances of things that I had personally thought about many times in my believers walk of Faith. I have read lots of other novels, some similar to this one, but none that have taken…
