Free Earth Day Clip Art for Marketing

Earth Day is April 22 and this holiday that began in 1970 has never been more important than it is this year, because so many people are worried about global warming, crippling dependence on crude oil and other environmental issues. Although it's only one day out of the year, Earth Day is a reminder that we need to focus on the sustainability of our planet every day.

If your marketing efforts have anything to do with the environment or ecology, you might want to download… Continue

Yes, I really do stop watches

Don MacCauley wrote: "I have done hundreds of interviews throughout the years. Most are enjoyable, some are enlightening, a few are downright painful. Others though, stand decidedly apart from the group. These interviews create memories that I will enjoy for the rest of my days. My recent interview with Rowena Cherry was one such interview."

Hear the interview. Find out why HRH The Duke of Edinburgh called Rowena Cherry a cow, what drives Rowena to write about aliens (and other… Continue

across the middle of the road..

He swerves to avoid hitting it,

but unfortunately the rabbit

jumps right in front of the car.

The driver, a sensitive man

as well as an animal lover,

pulls over and… Continue

Worship Him

Worship Him

Sing for joy to God our strength; shout aloud to the God of Jacob! Begin the music, strike the tambourine, play the melodious harp and lyre. (Psalm 81:1-2 NIV)

It's all about worship. When we worship, God inhabits inside us and something wonderful happens. Anyone who truly worships understands what I mean. We become connected with him through our worship. We are full… Continue

Cinnamon the dragon and other fiery critics

In 2005 I had the honor of interviewing Richard Bach, the creator of the wildly best-selling book, "Jonathan Livingston Seagull." His latest book, "Curious Lives," is a main source of encouragement for me as a writer. The characters are all humanlike ferrets (very fanciful but deep) and there is a chapter on writer ferrets.
