Terry Fox - A Great Canadian

This marks the 30th Anniversary of the Terry Fox "Marathon of Hope" - his run to raise money for cancer research. I give tribute to Terry on my blog today. Please forward this link to all your contacts. My hope is that people will read the article and then contribute generously to the Terry Fox Foundation. I’m not a runner, I’m a writer, but if I can help raise awareness through this blog, I will have done my part.…

Digital Short Saturday The Night Watch Men Jason McIntyre

Here is the second digital short of the day, one that will make your mind expand in a total different direction than Bite This!. Before I get into that though, I just would like to offer up some background on this post’s

eventually lived and worked on Vancouver Island where the vibrant characters

Friends 2 Lovers By Jonathan Anthony Burkett

Strong relationships come from well-bonded friendships. The best

foundation for relationships to grow, flourish, and succeed is a

deep-rooted friendship. This is the time when two people get to know

each other – and accept each other despite and in spite who the person

is. In an emotive and touching story that will surely evoke a gamut of

sentiments and thoughts, author Jonathan Anthony Burkett portrays how

friends can end up as lovers – and how that can last a… Continue

Digital Short Saturday Wade J. McMahan Bite This! A Richard Dick Mystery

The weekends are so much fun here; we are coming at you twice today with digital shorts by Jason McIntyre and the author featured in this post Wade J. McMahan. These stories are polar opposites and it is nice to

feature them both on the same day to exemplify the diversity that awaits you at

Smashwords. I found both authors there, but their works can be found elsewhere

as well. Bite This! Can be found on just about any platform you

chose;…

Of radio shows, and reference to sheep sphincters

Has been a fiendish few days, and I've finally worked out why. Let's put it this way: I've been shouting at my kids more than usual and craving chocolate. Ladies, you know what I'm getting at. So I've been unwinding by You Tube-ing daggy old music clips. For those of you in the US, who may be not au fait with the term 'daggy', it's an Australian colloquialism referring to things that are uncool, or perhaps cheesy. The noun is 'dag'. A 'dag' is also the dried excrement adhering to the wool…

How to Delete Comments or Friends on The Book Marketing Network

A member of The Book Marketing Network wrote me today asking the following questions:

How can I unsubscribe. I see no way to do that.

You also don't have a way to delete "friends" who simply use the pages of others to promote their books. You should change that.

===

Actually, you can do both things.

I can't find out right now how to unsubscribe from this network, but I know you can do it. In the meantime, if you no longer want to be part of… Continue
