ADVICE NEEDED: on where to promote a POD(Print on Demand) book on the internet!

So far, I'm promoting my photo book here, http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/390300 , on my blog, on facebook, on goodreads, and thru the ning networks I am a part of.. any other ideas out there??
I am also promoting my book on my very own etsy shoppe here.
http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5220347

My book is published by Blurb.com, and therefore, doesn't have an ISBN....

I'd like some more ideas! WHERE ELSE CAN I GET THE WORD OUT?

thks,
bonnierose

You can list your book on my website http://ebooksandmusic.com. Have you ever thought about republishing your book with an ISBN number and printing a couple of hundred copies? It's not that expensive and it will increase your profitability.

Promote the book where your audience would be looking for a similar book. You've got sales sites set up. Now you need the links from well-trafficked websites to make the sales.

That's not the social network sites. It's targeted special-interest sites that are rated in the top half million in Alexa. Any sites lower than that in Alexa don't have the traffic to make much difference.

I go into much more detail on how to create the relationships that really matter on the Internet in my TenMillionEyeballs.com online seminar.

Hi Bonnie;

You can post your book on Author's Den - I have five POD (lulu.com) books listed with them. This is an excellent site for both traditionally published and POD published books. It even gives you stats on how many hits you've had on your books. The address is http://www.authorsden.com

Another place, not as fancy, is published.com http://www.published.com

I am also a member of Gather.com - http://www.gather.com Now this is a networking site, so you need to pick the groups you want to be a part of. There are published authors groups but they are doing the same thing you are doing, promoting their books.

Those are the only other ones I know of.

Ernie
