The concept is simple. I put a link to your website in exchange for you putting a link, on your website, to mine
Why a website link exchange? Not everyone who is directed to my website, will want my book. If they browse my website, and click the LINK EXCHANGE, they may see something there they like. If I can't get their money, to buy my book, I hope they'll spend their money on one of my friends. That goes both ways.
I've had several authors tell me, that since they've had the link exchange, traffic to their websites has increased. I can attest to that as mine has almost tripled.
Here's an open invitation to any author who has a website, join the thirteen other authors who are participating in this link exchange. It's free advertising, so who wouldn't want that?

Ernie, I'm rather new to NING sites, and I'd love your help with something.... I received in my inbox in my regular email about the author chat tonight. Would you be kind enough to tell me exactly how you sent that message out to all the members of bookmarket.ning.com? I created an "event" but didn't know how to *invite* anyone or if anyone would see the message... or if it was even an event at all! I wanted to invite folks to be a part of a new radio book show contest that I'm co-hosting beginning this Wednesday evening. :-)
Any information would be so greatly appreciated - I'm a bit internet challenged but hope to get better little by little!
