For book/ebook authors, publishers, & self-publishers
The Amazon rankings have skyrocketed for Tallent & Lowery: 13, with over two million hits happening almost every day. There have been many readers, however, who are asking for the ‘hardcopy’ book to be printed.
Is the printed version still the most loved? Kindle is certainly used by many but, in the end, do readers still want that paper and ink version more than anything else?
And, if so, how can an author GET the publishers to make that happen, especially when the 'consumers' are speaking out?

Is the printed version still the most loved? Yes! I (and most of the people I know) still prefer to read paper and ink novels.
Kindles are great; they have their purpose (to take on airplanes, on vacations, etc.) but nothing will ever replace the feeling I get when I hold an actual book in my hands and begin to turn the pages.
Also, I enjoy looking across the room at my bookshelf, which is filled to capacity with novels I've read, reread and loved. Somehow, the image of a kindle sitting on a shelf just doesn't compare!
I think print on demand is still on demand even with eBooks around. If your eBook is published in Kindle, I think you would have no problem converting it to print, just use CreateSpace since they are both an Amazon company.
