Can’t figure it out

Although I’ve figured out what sites help most with sales, and what forums to post on, and what sponsorships work best, and I’ve documented all of this on my blog, there’s still one thing I cannot figure out. What prompts sales?

For example, last month I sold many copies of INSECTLAND, DROP OUT, DREAM TRAVELER, and FROSTPROOF in the U.K. Yet, I’ve done almost no marketing for the U.K. since March. In the U.S., I sold many copies of all my books, but the two best sellers for the month…

While the story is about a son, or actually two sons, one good one bad, the main character is the father. The fairness, strength and faith of the father are the real…

What Does The American Flag Mean to Me?

After some urging, I reprint this essay submitted to "The Grio's" Writing Challenge.

What Does The American Flag Mean to Me?

© 2012 Gene Cartwright

Few questions are more thought-provoking. For many, the flag is a symbol of freedom valiantly earned; for hope eternally lifted to the world; and inspiration that endures. When I see the American…

Poem: Sacrosanct Truth

With His incarnation, passion, death and resurrection,

Christ paid the ransom for the sins of humanity!

Our full acceptance of this sacrosanct Truth,

gives us the opportunity to be permanently set free…

from the impending separation, brought by Death.

The date of Christ’s next coming may not be known;

so today is still the acceptable time for Salvation,

to become sons and daughters… before His…

Vampires? Horror? Twilight? William Tooker Takes On All Of The Above!

Get coached by Jack Canfield

Did you know many of today's biggest bestselling authors

almost never wrote their first books?

"Rich Dad Poor Dad" author Robert Kiyosaki hadn't done

well in high school English class and didn't see himself as a

good writer.

Same thing with Jack Canfield. Then 144 publishers rejected

'Chicken Soup for the Soul' before he finally found a publisher.

Tim Ferriss was able to move forward writing 'The 4-Hour
