I've just started a new Ning site to help authors connect with book lovers. You can list your books, reviews, and events there, and eventually, even chat with book buyers. Once we establish a good number of authors and books available, I will be promoting this new site to book lovers all over.
Please keep your listings tight. I want you all to have a great opportunity to promote your work, but please don't "overload" any sections. For instance, an event listed for each individual day…

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is a good time frame to start a second or third book. I have been promoting and marketing my first book and it seems to take a great deal of my time. I'm just not feeling it to write. It isn't writer's block, I just don't feel like it. What do you think?

Toss South Park, National Lampoon and a little Kurt Vonnegut into a blender and "The Baby in the Bag" would be the result, a humorous fictional tale that plays with political incorrectness, publicity at any cost, and the current state of affairs among the media and Hollywood elite.
Join Parc Attola as he inadvertently insults the dwarfs of the world and laugh as they seek their revenge against him until Pacito Jones, the…

Talia James is young and quite naive. The daughter of an alcoholic mother, Talia had to grow up fast and mother to her younger siblings and cousin.
Needless to say, Talia made some bad choices in life where love and men were concerned. After two broken relationships and two sons, she feels as though she has won the lottery when she meets Andre Peters, a very well-to-do sports agent. The fact that he's married takes a backseat to Talia's happiness.

I've received some complaints from members of this network that they are getting multi-level solicitations and other off-topic promotions. Please don't do this. It's the one sure way to destroy a network.
Keep your email, blog posts, and discussions focused on books and authors -- you and your book, me and me book, us and our books.
Thanks.

I may have not mentioned but yesterday I had my very first Blogradio interview with no other than Ms. Dawn Martin of Divas By Design.
