Hi Terry,
Thanks for your invite, an absolute pleasure to accept.
Looks like you are a seasoned 'pro' at this game. Any tips on promoting my book would be very welcome indeed, as I am finding this is a real problem as I send out a lot of editorials but am never sure how many get published. It's very 'hit and miss' and any pointers would be appreciated.
Speak soon.
Mike
Thanks for the invitation. I will check out your site and newsletter. I look forward to getting to know you better. My website is www.retreatandheal.com/media.html would look forward to any feedback.
Annie
Thanks for the invitation. I'll definitely check out your sites and newsletter. Check out mine at http://themoonquest.com, http://markdavidgerson.com & http://markdavidgerson.blogspot.com
Wow! That was a speedy response, Terry. Have John Kremer's book which is sort of my "Bible." Will definitely look into your suggestions, Terry. Thanks for feedback on THIEF. Sales are brisk but could always be better.
Your e-mails were so compelling that I decided to join this site. I will also take advantage of at least one other product you endorse, creating a website that hooks. Your sincerity come across loud and clear...this from a somewhat jaded writer who's witnessed too much of the other.
Thanks for the invitation, Terry. I have heard rumors that there is such a thing as a "good agent." I assume you are one of them? I have had 8 of the other kind in my writing career. I finally decided to "Burger King" it--you know, do it my way! So far it seems to be working.
Just so you know, as I once told Gail Fortune (former editor at Berkley/Jove, now an agent) "I am always serious about my writing, but I never write anything very serious."
Looking forward to hearing what you have to say.
Thanks for getting back to me. My completely overhauled store including about 20 reports and the ability for folks to buy my consulting services in a cafeteria type plan and the affiliate signup page should be ready next week. The 2 blogs are brand new and my website will have some minor changes as well. You can see the new store at www.thecollegeblog.com/estore
I’m Reecy Aresty, a financial advisor since 1977, and author of “How To Pay For College Without Going Broke,” an invaluable parent/student manual (in 2 parts, admissions/paying for college) and the only book of its kind available in Spanish.
My ebooks and reports offer students, parents and grandparents of high school and/or college students (10’s of millions) time-tested techniques to get into the college of their choice and legal strategies to pay less than they ever dreamed possible.
Unless your list is mainly the under 40 crowd, I definitely have something to offer you. Commissions as high as 50%. Please visit my website, www.paylessforcollege.com I also created www.thehighschoolblog.com and www.thecollegeblog.com both should be live next week.
As the creator and facilitator of the Olympia Writers Workshop, I appreciate your book in getting the write (right) information into a person's hands. If they have the passion, they still need the tools to get their idea the attention it deserves.
It is always nice to stay connected to you, Terry. Thank you for inviting me. I hope you took note of my new book, to be released OCT 1. As an agent, I should think it would help lots of those querying you if they read it (AND your Book Proposals That Sell!) before they submit to you. (-:

Hi Terry, its a pleasure to (cyberly) meet you.lol
I took a look at your website and noticed that you will be at the FWA conference in Orlando. I will be there as well, I will have to come an introduce myself. At this time I am self published and do not have agent representation but I think I will have to send you a query. Unless you get a chance to check out my website @ www.debidesantis.com before I tackle the dreaded query thing.
Thank you so much for the friend invite and I look forward to meeting you in Orlando.

HI Terry, delighted to add you as a friend. I'm going to be signing up for your Right Writing News - can never get enough information on writing and doing it right. Looking forward to checking out your books as well.
Have a Great Day!
