I am wondering what kind of events my fellow Ohio authors attend. I have tried to obtain in invite to the Buckeye Book Fair and the Books By the Banks, but neither seems interested unless you are published by a traditional publisher. I think it's a real shame that our neighboring state of Kentucky has invited me to both their major events, The Kentucky Book Fair and The Southern Kentucky Book Festival and yet I am ignored pretty much in my own home state.

I've altered my websiite to include what I'm calling a DVSWT--aDaily Very Short Writing Tip. For those who don't want--or don't have time--to scour all the e-mail and web based writing advice, my DVSWT takes maybe 30 seconds. Enjoy, and suggestions welcome.
