People with similar ideas, communicating on the internet, are the basis for social networks and social media websites.
Social media is all about people sharing opinions and…

of a supposedly traditional publishing company called Strategic book publishing? They told me they'd love to work with me if I fork over 895.00! Isn't a traditional publishing company supposed to pay YOU for YOUR work, not the other way around? Am I missing something here?
Any help would be appreciative! I REALLY need to get published and I've hit a wall that I'm not sure how to climb!

What a wonderful feeling to belong in a community of caring people.
Unfortunately, there are those who have not been so lucky. They’ve become a victim of a scammer.…

I'm over the moon that the video trailer for 'A Study in Red - The Secret Journal of Jack the Ripper' has won The New Covey 'Most Intriguing' Trailer Award for April 2009. I must thank Graeme Houston for his excellent work in producing the video on behalf of Thunderball Films, and can't really say much more other than that I really am delighted with this latest accolade for the book.
'A Study in Red' is of course available…

Read the FIVE-STAR Reviews posted on Amazon.
Where The Rain Is Made, a time-travel, shape-shifter has done very well in the market. Set in the American West at a time when Cheyenne Dog Soldiers ruled the plains, the novel has earned many five-star reviews. Where The Rain Is Made is now available at Amazon in print and in Kindle.

Dog’s Eye View Media proudly presents a true-life story straight from today’s headlines. Shelley Seale’s narrative non-fiction book follows the lives of just such children as those brought to life in the movie Slumdog Millionaire. The Weight of Silence: Invisible Children of India depicts Seale’s journey into orphanages and through the streets and slums of India where millions of innocent children live without families. During her three years of writing The Weight of Silence, Seale…

This is a list of things that you can do to market your book online. It will be helpful to print it out and tick off a few items each day.
1. Setup a blog
2. Write out a press-release and distribute the press-release (www.prweb.com)
3. Become active on Amazon.com (create a full profile and link to your blog-feed)
4. Create a book-extract (be generous with the number of pages you share - at least 30 pages)
5. Make a book-widget out of your book-extract and use it…
