Testimonials From “Real” People Count!

When collecting your testimonials or "blurbs" for your book make sure to not have all of them be from experts. Yes, a well-known celebrity can add a bit of sparkle to your sales sheet. For example, who wouldn't want a quote about your new adoption scrapbook album from Angelina Jolie?

Testimonials from experts and celebrities catch the attention of both media like radio producers as well as…

Excerpt

An excerpt from Lisabeth. I wasn't going to post this because it's about halfway through the book. But it keeps calling to me, asking to be posted...so here it is. One of my favorite scenes for a myriad of reasons. "She" is Lisabeth, of course. "He" is...well, you'll have to wait until the novel's published to know for sure :D

Snail mail cards are not much better…

I didn't do anything terribly exciting except cook (after our Christmas Eve get-together, I've sworn off cooking until at least March! <g>), and eat, sleep, read 4 books, and watch movies. My mom dropped by for a visit, and one of my fiancé Eric's overtime days was canceled, so we had some unexpected weekend time…
